Your protection by law
In accordance with Law no. 93/2021 of 20 December (transposing EU Directive 2019/1937), whistleblowers acting in good faith are protected against any form of retaliation, including dismissal, sanctions, discrimination or threats. The identity of the whistleblower is confidential and may only be disclosed under a binding legal obligation. The processing of personal data complies with the GDPR.
